in a no fault divorce when you do it yourself how do you divide your retirement and 401 k plans?

Linda R asked: My husband and I have been married 33 years…and he wants to do a no fault divorce kit he bought from a book store…I want to divide our 401k and retirement plans but dont see that detail..any ideas?Keith
